Where are you Located and who do you use to send Packages?

We are located in the UK but do send to most Countries. All orders are sent by Traceable Means. In the UK we use Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail 48, no signature is required upon delivery as Royal Mail scan the Barcode from the Postage Label on your Doorstep. 

International Orders are sent Standard International and Priority International Tracked by Royal Mail.

 

 

How long will it take to received my Order?

UK Only. Although not guaranteed at busier times, example Christmas, Valentines Day etc, most orders are received within 2 working days after Dispatch.

Europe. Although not guaranteed at busier times, example Christmas, Valentines Day etc, most orders are received within 7 to 14 Working Days.

International. Although not guaranteed at busier times, example Christmas, Valentines Day etc, most orders are received within 7 to 30 Working Days.

 

Where can I read your Reviews from other Buyers? We have been supplying our Customers for many years and have to date over 14,500 sales on Etsy with many Customer Reviews here https://etsy.me/2QayKyX. We also sell on Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook

 

Refund and Returns Policy 

Conditions of return. Change of Mind. Please return to us within 14 days of receiving in its original condition,(the buyer is responsible for any loss in value if opened from a sealed pack) We recommend you send Trackable  for peace of mind. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs if the item is not faulty or defective.

All faulty or defective items have to have photographic evidence so we can claim from our Insurance/Suppliers. If you are unable to supply us with this, we will not be able to issue a refund.

 

 
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
